Or better said: Ignite your inner light during this retreat!

This small-scale retreat for women takes place in the middle of the woods, in a cozy retreat center in southern Sweden. Here you have all the space you need to connect, relax and to deepen your inner process In a group of no more than 4 women.

During this retreat we take an inner journey and make conscious what is holding you back from living life to the fullest. It is a rediscovery of your own wisdom, inspiration, (self)love and passion.

If you’re honest.. to what extent are you living your potential as a woman? Where are you still keeping yourself small? To what extent do you live in alignment with your soul essence? And where do you not yet dare to trust your own intuition and the flow of life?

You will rediscover who YOU are, what you are here to do and how you can embody this in your daily life. Your ‘Inner Light’: that is ready to shine!

Magic literally happens when a group of like-minded women come together. Everyone has their own unique energy and qualities and together we create a powerful field where everyone can go through their own beautiful transformation.

Transform

We all carry the old information of our ancestral lineage in our system, which holds us back from living fully. In a safe setting you will be guided to clean up these old pieces and traumas, allowing you to experience more inner peace, clarity and relaxation within yourself.

What am I here for? What are my unique gifts and how can I use them (more powerfully)? You will experience that the real feeling of ‘coming home’ can be experienced in the rediscovery of your own soul essence and the connection with this in your daily life.

Through healing meditations, creative exercises, working with the elements and nature energies, you will be guided in your inner process, releasing limiting beliefs, fears and themes that no longer serve you. So that you can take further steps from a new inner foundation at home.

In my practice I have experienced that there are many similarities in the pains and themes we carry within us as women. Not being seen or sensed on a soul level, making ourselves smaller for fear of judgment, being afraid of our own power, not daring to trust our intuition, and a sense of “who am I and what is my higher purpose?”, with often in the background a sense of restlessness, powerlessness or a deep inner longing for ‘home’..

This retreat brings together a group of women who are ready to go a step deeper. A group of women who see and support each other, without judging each other. Stay at an idyllic retreat center

A former lumber factory has been converted into a cozy retreat center with 3 bedrooms and a large common area with lovely spots to relax.

Swedish nature

Sweden is one big nature reserve. During your stay you can go out freely to discover nature or to pick wild blueberries. And you might even spot a moose!

Organic food

The food you get is organic as much as possible. Should there be an abundant harvest, then you will get vegetables from our own vegetable garden.

Relax spots

On our terrain in the middle of the forest we created enough places to sit or lay down. So you can deeply relax and recharge after an inspirational day.

Practical and extra information

The retreat center is located between Hovmantorp & Lessebo (in the province of Kronoberg), in the middle of the Swedish forests. You will be given the exact location after registration.

Travelling

You can travel by car, plane or train. Since the retreat starts at 3 pm on the first day, it is convenient to book a B&B halfway through the trip so that on the day of the retreat you will be on time.

If you want to go by plane, the best place to fly to is Copenhagen. From there is a direct train that goes to our place every hour. You then have approximately 3 hours by train and I will pick you up from the train-station in Lessebo. If Lessebo is not an option, you can travel to Växjö (you will be picked up here as well).

Practical, start and departure
The retreats begin at 15.00 o’ clock. There will be an opportunity to arrive at the retreat center 3 hours before the start of the retreat. On the departure day you can still enjoy your breakfast, but there is no active program anymore on this day. Checking out is before 12.00 (noon). If more people travel by train, we discuss together what time I will bring you back to the train station.

In summer it can be very hot in Sweden and it is often dry. So keep in mind bikini/swimsuit and summer clothes. In the evening it can cool down a bit more, so a warm sweater is always nice 🙂. In wintertime it can be cold and snowy, so be prepared for that!

Before the start of the retreat I will give more information about the location, what you should bring and other information that may be of interest.

Be aware: this retreat has limited space. So make sure you register on time*.

Payment option
If you sign up for the retreat via the form I will send you an acknowledgement via email and share a link for a €400 deposit if it is booked at least 40 days in advance. The last part of the amount will be invoiced one week prior to the retreat. Within 40 days, the entire amount will be charged.

Want to participate on a business level? That is also possible. Just mention your company name and VAT number in your registration.

cancellation policy
Up to 31 days prior to the retreat you can cancel free of charge. Up to 14 days it will cost €400. If you cancel within 14 days, there is no refund possible.
